The Chrysalis Residences stands as one of the most distinctive examples of contemporary organic architecture on the Athenian Riviera, drawing inspiration from the transformative nature of the butterfly. With its curved lines, fluid forms and a composition that opens towards the natural landscape, the project creates a sense of harmony between space, light and nature. The shading created by the building’s wing‑like morphology, along with water features that mirror its sculptural curves, enhances the serene and private atmosphere that defines the entire development.
In a project where architectural precision is essential at every construction stage, INTERBETON played a key role in bringing this unique morphology to life. Through concrete solutions tailored to the project’s specific requirements, supported by continuous technical guidance and consistent delivery, the architectural intent was implemented with accuracy and structural fidelity.
INTERBETON’s contribution reinforced the project’s ambition to offer a living experience in which architecture, light and landscape form a unified whole — creating a distinctive residential destination in the heart of Vouliagmeni, in complete harmony with its natural surroundings.
The architectural design was developed by 314 ARCHITECTURE STUDIO, and the project is being developed by VNK CAPITAL.
