HUB 26 – Sustainable Business Park

HUB 26 is the first large‑scale sustainable business park in Thessaloniki and Northern Greece, marking a new chapter for the wider area. Positioned at a strategic urban gateway, the development reinterprets the region’s industrial heritage through contemporary architectural expression and sustainable design principles. Drawing inspiration from the robust forms of historic industrial buildings, and employing an approach that optimally utilizes natural light, ventilation and planted elements, HUB 26 introduces a new working environment where aesthetic clarity, functional performance and a reduced environmental footprint coexist seamlessly.

In a project that demanded precision, complex construction methods and stable environmental performance, INTERBETON supported the delivery of HUB 26 with materials and processes aligned with the requirements of a modern bioclimatic development. Continuous production oversight, technical expertise and adaptability throughout all construction phases strengthened the reliability and long‑term durability of the final structure. Through this contribution, INTERBETON played an essential role in shaping a new business hub that elevates the identity of Thessaloniki’s western entrance.

At the same time, the project’s LEED GOLD certification is fully in line with INTERBETON’s philosophy and commitment to supporting developments that meet high standards of energy efficiency and contemporary building quality.
